Champions League Winners Odds 2011-12
The Champions League is back and into the knockout stages, shockingly without the top teams from the English Premier League and especially considering the easy group that Manchester United were given (sorry United fans…).
The odds for those left in the competition are as follows to win the competition – see below for the teams left in the competition and the bookmakers who are providing the best odds.
For my money I can’t see past Real Madrid this year – they have been so impressive in La Liga, and if they can avoid playing Barcelona in the competition I can see them going all the way. And for those that think they’d have to beat Barca at some point I can see them being knocked out by an Italian side should they face one.
Their defending in some games this season has been very poor and their ‘invincible’ side has been riddled with injuries to some of their main players meaning that youth players are relied upon far too often.
